She is a compassionate, insightful, inspiring leader and entrepreneur with 15+ years’ experience working with Fortune 500 corporations, non-profits, healthcare agencies, and government and faith based initiatives. Tricia is passionate about helping women turn down the volume of their internal negativity in order to hear the truth of their intrinsic value, worth, and capabilities. To that end, Tricia’s most recent venture is developing a space for black women to recognize and heal from trauma.
